- He earned his PhD from the Laboratory of Photovoltaics, located in Technopole Borj Cedria, Tunisia. During his doctoral studies, he extensively delved into the field of solid-state physics, focusing particularly on the preparation and characterization of absorber layers like CuInSe2 (CIS) and CuIn1-xGaxSe2 (CIGS), which play crucial roles in various technological applications, especially in solar cells.
